She began her career at Morgan McKinley in Ireland, where she spent five years as an IT recruitment consultant and an in-house recruitment business partner at one of Ireland’s largest BPOs, Abtran.
A transformative trip to Peru sparked Lynda's desire to address social inequalities, prompting her to shift her focus to the social purpose sector. Since then, she has served as a recruitment specialist for several leading NGOs, including Save the Children UK, St Mungo’s, World Animal Protection, Amnesty International, and the UN-launched Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition.
